We’re growing and looking for a Commercial Service Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to keep multiple moving parts organized. This role is ideal for someone with experience in commercial service operations, facility maintenance, construction support, or trade service coordination—someone who understands how service work flows and knows how to keep communication clear between customers, field staff, vendors, and leadership.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll be the central communication hub between clients, field staff, vendors, and leadership—helping ensure service work is handled efficiently, professionally, and accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming service requests, providing professional and responsive customer service by phone and email.
- Gather complete and accurate job details from customers, technicians, vendors, and internal staff to support scheduling, pricing, and execution.
- Coordinate and dispatch technicians for commercial service calls, maintenance work, and project-related tasks.
- Build strong working relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams.
- Track service calls and project progress from request through completion, ensuring timelines and updates are communicated.
- Follow up with technicians, vendors, and internal staff to collect updates, confirm progress, and resolve outstanding items.
- Work closely with leadership and field staff to gather information needed for pricing, estimates, scheduling, and materials coordination.
- Maintain accurate work orders, scheduling records, service documentation, and project status updates.
- Monitor timelines, priorities, and job details to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Support office operations and administrative coordination as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
- 3+ years in commercial service coordination, dispatching, operations support, project coordination, administrative support, or customer service
- Experience in one or more of the following industries strongly preferred:
- Commercial construction
- Facility maintenance
- HVAC.
- Plumbing.
- Electrical.
- Building services.
- Commercial repair/service operations.
- Property management.
- Restoration services.
Please note: This is not a transportation or freight dispatch role. Experience in commercial service or trade coordination is strongly preferred.
Skills:
- Exceptional phone communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to build strong professional relationships with customers, staff, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple jobs, priorities, and moving timelines simultaneously.
- Strong follow-through and proactive communication.
- Comfortable gathering detailed job information and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Calm, adaptable, and solution-oriented when priorities shift.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Experience with scheduling platforms, CRM systems, dispatch software, or work order systems is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $20–$23/hour, depending on experience.
