What You’ll Do
You’ll be the command center for our service and project operations—keeping everything organized, efficient, and on track.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Dispatching technicians to service calls and project sites
- Managing schedules, work orders, and incoming service requests
- Communicating with clients, technicians, and leadership to keep everyone aligned
- Reviewing jobs to confirm materials, timing, and logistics
- Tracking job progress from start to completion
- Handling office deliveries and daily opening/closing tasks
- Supporting leadership with admin and project coordination
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- Background in construction, commercial maintenance, dispatch, or service coordination (strongly preferred)
- 3+ years in an administrative, dispatch, or customer service role
- Experience coordinating field teams, technicians, or trades is a big plus
Skills
- Clear, confident communication (you’ll talk to everyone—from techs to clients)
- Strong organization and multitasking—you’ll juggle a lot, and that’s the fun part
- Calm under pressure and quick to problem-solve when plans change
Technical Know-How
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience with scheduling tools, work order systems, or CRM platforms is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
- $20–$23/hour, depending on experience
