Paramount Services is looking for a dependable, hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This hands-on role supports our warehouse, yard, and shop operations to keep everything running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Move materials, tools, and equipment where needed.
- Keep the warehouse, yard, shop, and parking areas clean and organized.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory movement.
- Operate forklifts and other equipment (training/certification provided if required).
- Complete basic paperwork and reports accurately.
- Support general repairs, maintenance, and outdoor upkeep.
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Help with other daily tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous labour, warehouse, yard, or construction experience preferred.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
- Comfortable with physical work: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
- Forklift experience is an asset.
- Asphalt repair or general maintenance experience is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license required (Class 3 is an asset).
- Able to pass pre-employment screening if required.
