GENERAL LABOURER – WAREHOUSE, YARD & SHOP SUPPORT

Paramount Services is seeking a dependable, hardworking General Labourer to support our warehouse, yard, and shop operations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, and taking pride in keeping operations running safely and efficiently. If you’re reliable, physically capable, and ready to contribute, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely load and unload trucks.
- Move materials, tools, and equipment throughout the warehouse, yard, and shop.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, including parking and outdoor spaces.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
- Operate forklifts and other equipment (training/certification provided if needed).
- Complete basic documentation and reports accurately.
- Support minor repairs, maintenance tasks, and general yard upkeep.
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Assist with additional operational tasks as needed.
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in general labour, warehouse, yard, construction, or similar physical work.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
- Comfort with physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, and working outdoors.
- Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic.
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Forklift experience (an asset)
- Asphalt repair or maintenance experience (an asset)
- Valid driver’s license required (Class 3 is an asset)
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening if required
