This is a true hunter + relationship builder role—you’ll be out in the field, in front of decision-makers, solving real problems and closing deals that create long-term value.

What You’ll Do
You’ll own your territory and be responsible for driving new business growth.
Your focus will be:
- Prospecting and generating new business across Winnipeg & surrounding areas
- Meeting face-to-face with business owners, facility managers, and decision-makers
- Identifying client needs and presenting tailored service solutions
- Building strong relationships that turn into long-term service contracts
- Closing deals and growing recurring preventative maintenance agreements
- Managing your pipeline and staying on top of your sales activity

Experience
- Proven sales experience with a track record of closing

- Commercial kitchen equipment
- Building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
