What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial cooking equipment and Frozen Carbonated Beverage (FCB) systems.
- Install and commission new equipment to ensure proper performance and reliability.
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
- Disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble equipment efficiently.
- Use hand tools, power tools, gauges, meters, and testing devices safely and effectively.
- Lift, move, and position parts and components as required for service work.
- Complete service reports and communicate clearly with customers and team members.
- Continue learning through hands-on training with new equipment and systems.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of experience in food equipment service, appliance repair, refrigeration, electrical, or related mechanical work.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
- Mechanical aptitude and confidence using tools and testing equipment.
- Ability to lift and maneuver equipment components safely.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Dependable, professional, and self-motivated attitude.
- Willingness to learn and grow with ongoing training.
